Kurgan factory ARMPROMPLIT is young dynamically developing enterprise occupied with designing and producing pipeline valves. The company was established in 2012, at present it possesses a fleet of modern equipment and a crew of highly qualified staff.
ARMPROMPLIT produces pipeline valves with inside nominal diameter ranging from 6 to 500 mm, pressure of 16 to 250 ATM; manufactures valve body castings, flanges, packaged rough forging made of low alloy and stainless carbon steel; carries out mechanical processing, assembling and testing of end products.
Outputs of ARMPROMPLIT company, including end products and their components: valve body castings, tubing heads, casing connections, three-way pieces for surface manifold and flow head equipment have found their consumers due to the high quality and production effectiveness.
Enterprise disposes all the necessary engineering documentation, producing area and engineering capacity.
In 2017 a new production line was opened, which now produces ZKL wedge-type valves for the pressure of PN40 ATM, with inside nominal diameter DN 50, 80, 100, 150 mm, in accordance with requirements of ROSNEFT.
At present ARMPROMPLIT specializes in following production:
- wedge valve gates with nominal diameter of 6 to 500 mm and pressure of 16 to 250 ATM.
- pass-through shut-off valves with nominal diameter (DN) of 6 to 50 mm and pressure (PN) of 16 to 250 ATM.
- Needle valves with nominal diameter (DN) of 6 to 25 mm and pressure (PN) of 16 to 400 ATM.
Climatic versions of production: U1, HL1, UHL1.
Version types: weld, couple, flange, flange with a set of counterflanges.
At present the enterprise demonstrates stable rates of production and realization of production to a vast range of consumers: manufacturers of surface manifold, flow head and pipeline valves, enterprises of oil and gas and energy complex of the country.
ARMPROMPLIT Ltd. is actively developing in the following directions:
- designing new production;
- modernizing assimilated products;
- conducting scientific researches aimed at expanding the production application range;
- refining production base and technologies;
- increasing staff qualification.
Construction and technological service of the enterprise is actively working on the expanding of nomenclature of production, by the way of operatively taking orders, promptly designing and manufacturing production in accordance with demands and wishes of the clients.
